I can’t stand the industry standard for onboarding. I’m literally doing it as I’m writing this blurb — no joke. Same tickets emailed to a new HR coordinator who’s as tired of it as I am. Same orientation videos. Same liability paperwork in somebody else’s template. By the end of every job I’m already dreading the next one. The industry can do better — I’m still waiting.
The system is backwards.
So as a Jman pipefitter and father, I’ve spent every spare hour building TradePass. It’s bigger than a wallet for tickets — it’s a living record of your skills and experience, owned by you, private by default, trusted by the companies hiring you. ONE platform both sides actually trust. That’s the vision.
I need your help to get this right. I really dislike this process and the best way to change it is with your adoption of TradePass. You guys stay free, forever. The people doing the work shouldn’t pay to prove they can do it and we shouldn’t have 10 hours taken from us unpaid when we work so hard.
